The model has been trained on OpenAI outputs, so it's very misleading to simply give an Apache license, as using it violates OpenAI's terms of use.
I'd at least strongly recommend it not being used for commercial purposes for this reason (as with most other instruction tuned models).
Isn't it also a fine-tune of Llama 3 (https://huggingface.co/meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct) and should include the llama3 license?
