You're using the text-gen-ui downloader? The : format is correct, but don't enter the full URL. Just enter TheBloke/OpenAssistant-SFT-7-Llama-30B-GPTQ:128-compat

The format for a git clone with branch is:
git clone -b 128-compat https://huggingface.co/TheBloke/OpenAssistant-SFT-7-Llama-30B-GPTQ
