You must go to the Hugging Face cache to delete the checkpoints.

For example you can clean the entire Hub cache: https://huggingface.co/docs/huggingface_hub/en/guides/manage-cache#clean-your-cache

NOTE: this will delete other things in your HF Hub cache
