Hello, like the name suggest it's an anonymous person who post his thing on 4chan on some /lmg/ thread, I got his authorization (well, anyone can lol) to repost his LoRA on HF because he didn't wanted to create an account. I can't help you more than that, I don't know the person behind this either.
If a v3 or more appear and I got my hand on it I will upload it too.
