5-§. Ijtimoiy ta’tillar

tarmoq va hududiy darajadagi
ikki tomonlama ijtimoi y sheriklik taraflaridir. Hududiy darajadagi uch
tomonlama ijtimoiy
sheriklikda xodimlar va ish beruvchilar hududiy birlashmalarining
taklifiga ko‘ra mahalliy ijro
etuvchi hokimiyat organlari va boshqa manfaatdor davlat organlari
ishtirok etadi. Tarmoq
darajasidagi uch tomonlama ijtimoiy sheriklikda xodimlarning va ish
beruvchilarning tarmoq
birlashmalari taklifiga ko‘ra tegishli tarmoqdagi davlat boshqaruvi
organlari ishtirok etadi.
O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Bandlik va mehnat munosabatlari vazirligi
