Absense of upblock in controlnet model

Hello! Newbie here, just asking on why there is the absence of up_block_types and out_channels in the config file of https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/sd-controlnet-canny/blob/main/config.json? While there are in SD1.5 unet https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5/blob/main/unet/config.json.
Would be great if someone could explain the distinct difference between unet model and controlnet model and the specific github pipeline class which initalises the configs this controlnet model. The more I searched the more confused I become... Thank you!
