Runtime error

Thanks @chris-rannou and @NimaBoscarino , I have updated it in the new version, but here are still few issues:

1. The bottom video cannot play, though it plays well locally
2. I have to move some git+https packages to external.txt and install them in app.py, otherwise, it will lead to no module torch error
3. Still strange no module build error, even though I add build into requirements.txt
4. I still have to make models public, if not, there will be 401 error when cached_download is called
