Exceeded quota - how to create a "free account"?

Hi - I have a HF account, but when I get the message saying I exceeded the daily quota, it just takes me to the huggingface.com/join page.
ZeroGPU quota exceeded. You have exceeded your GPU quota (60s requested vs. 47s left). Create a free account to get more daily usage quota.
that seems to be an issue with the HF site, here's where it's most likely supposed to send you: https://huggingface.co/settings/billing/subscription
free accounts only get a maximum of 5 minutes gpu usage
