How to fix it?

Windows 10, local machine, I have re-downloaded file multiple times. i believe the file is not corrupted

Hey, sorry about my last comment, but I got an email with the latest reply and so I asked a friend about it.

Apparently this error will occur if you download the file incorrectly, resulting in getting an html file of the page itself named as if it were the actual stable diffusion embedding.
